Pay & Benefits

• £31.66 – £35.66 per hour

• Weekly pay (every Friday)

• Holiday pay accrued as you work

• Company pension

• Flexible working hours

• 12-hour shifts available

• Days, nights and block bookings

Referral Bonus Scheme

• £100 for referring a Healthcare Assistant

• £150 for a Senior HCA

• £200 for a Nurse

• £300 for a Paediatric Nurse

• Your referral receives £50 after completing 10 shifts (T&Cs apply)

The Role – Agency Ward Nurse (Private Hospital)

As a Ward Nurse working within private hospital environments, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care

• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions

• Develop and manage individualised care plans

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary hospital teams

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Uphold high standards of professional practice and patient safety

This role offers exposure to well-equipped private hospital settings with structured ward environments.

Requirements

To apply for these Ward Nurse agency jobs, you must have:

• Valid NMC registration (RGN)

• Minimum 12 months UK nursing experience

• Previous hospital ward experience preferred

• Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Full compliance (Occupational Health, references and right to work in the UK)
